Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Range

Delivery Area: We currently ship within the Netherlands.

Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas.

Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Time

Shipping Time: Orders take between 6 - 9 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at the destination from the moment your order has been processed.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time: We require 9 - 13 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to arrive from the point of placing your order.

Shipping Process

Tracking Information: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution. Without photo evidence, we cannot guarantee a replacement.

Lost Orders: In most cases, delivery is on time. However, if your order has not arrived after the regular delivery time plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.

For larger orders, your items may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons. In this case, you will usually receive the missing products within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after the first package.
